Official Statement Regarding Andrey Khovratov’s Case

Please be advised that the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation is conducting a preliminary investigation into the allegations of three individuals that the Academy of a Private Investor infringed their rights. All charges brought against our leader, CEO of the Academy of a Private Investor, Andrey Khovratov are based on the statements of those clients who are unfriendly towards our cause and who think that they have been wronged. 

In their opinion, they suffered financial losses and were not able to return their money without having fully understood the refund mechanism.

Andrey Khovratov’s defense believes that the complainants due to the lack of understanding of the basics of investing in the digital asset market misinterpreted the information provided by the company. This misunderstanding ultimately influenced the decision made by the investigation team, which will be rectified during the defense case.

Although Andrey Khovratov’s defense is handled by qualified lawyers, we have no right to stay on the sidelines. The most important thing right now is to support our leader and show the unity of our large international community. You all know that our team has never been and is not engaged in illegal or “gray” schemes.
