Dreaming of EvoScent Presentation Sets?

For the convenience of our users, we continue to introduce new functionality on our websites.

Now customers who have paid for EvoScent Program packages can order delivery of EvoScent presentation sets directly in their CRU-EvoScent account.


We have prepared a step-by-step guide so that you, our beloved customers, can order the delivery of your long-awaited sets as soon as possible. Follow the steps:

  1. Click on the "EvoScent Delivery" button in the sidebar of your personal account or follow the link, click on the "Order" button. Please note: at the moment you can create orders for the delivery of no more than two sets - either 2 sets in one package, or 2 orders for 1 set each. The ability to order sets of three or more will be available later, we will additionally inform you.
  2. Create an application by filling in all fields:
  • Select the number of sets in one delivery (1 or 2)
  • Enter your First Name and Last Name using the Latin alphabet
  • Select a country from the list. After selecting a country, you will see the amount you need to pay for delivery to your region
  • Enter the delivery address also in Latin letters
  • Click on the "Create" button. Congratulations, your application has been generated!
  • In the new window, click on the "Invoice for payment" button, print the invoice and pay it at the bank, then attach a scanned copy of the payment receipt, this will speed up the processing of your application (the standard processing time is from 1 to 5 days).

You can follow the status of your order on the "EvoScent Delivery" page.

A few important points to be aware of:

  1. The functionality of applying for delivery from your personal account is available only for customers who have paid for EvoScent Program packages.
  2. The application is made only for the delivery of presentation sets included in the EvoScent Program packages, vials of 75 ml are not sent yet.
  3. Carefully look at how many sets are included in the package you paid for. If you have paid for multiple packages and are claiming 3 or more sets in total, remember that while delivery is limited to 2 sets at a time (2 at once or one in each of 2 packages), orders for delivery of more than 2 sets will be available later.
  4. If you want to arrange delivery of two sets to different addresses, you can order delivery of one set to one address and the second set to another. To do this, create 2 applications for 1 set with different delivery addresses.
  5. Currently, delivery can only be made to a number of countries. You can check the availability of delivery to your country on the ordering page. The possibility of delivery to other countries will appear later, we are working hard on it.
